Covering: Overall quality, reliability Winner: Skoda Kodiaq Score: 97.19% The sight of a car broken down by the side of the road seems to be a far less common occurrence these days than it used to be.
Tech is what drives the auto industry these days, so it's a good job that Å koda has chucked all sorts of new tech at the facelifted Kodiaq. For 2021, the Kodiaq gets an updated version of the digital dashboard, as well as a brand-new infotainment system, up to 9.2 inches in size, and now includes Å koda's "Laura" voice-controlled assistant. The 8-inch touchscreen, like before, is slick and responsive, and with this update, also gets in-built navigation. The dual-tone black and beige interiors look good and make the Kodiaq look more spacious too. Other bits like soft-touch plastics and a fantastic sense of space are as before.

The Karoq, by contrast, has a design that borrows heavily from Skoda's other SUV, the larger, seven-seat Kodiaq. So the Karoq is more conventionally good looking than the Yeti, but also a lot less

8.0. Interior. 9.0. Running costs. Great. The Skoda Kodiaq was already one of our favourite SUVs, and the small tweaks made for this facelifted model only have only improved it in our eyes. Good points. The Skoda Kodiaq was already one of our favourite cars, so has the midlife refresh made it better?
